Duplex II 12V DC Diaphragm Pump With 50 PSI Bypass
The Flojet D31X015F is a Duplex II series diaphragm pump built for general liquid handling tasks such as transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing. It uses an external bypass system to bypass flow internally when pressure exceeds 50 PSI and is designed to continue running until power is manually switched off.

Product Details
- Intended for intermittent duty cycles; not recommended for continuous duty service due to limited motor brush life.
- Not for use with flammable fluids (including gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil) and not for use in an explosive environment.
- Recommended inlet protection: use a minimum 40 mesh strainer or filter in the pump inlet line.
- If a check valve is installed in the plumbing, it must have a cracking pressure of no more than 2 PSI (0.14 bar).
- Recommended tubing: minimum 3/8 inch ID and at least 20 inches in length; do not crimp or kink the tubing.
- Wiring note (12V DC): red lead to battery plus terminal, black lead to battery minus terminal; use T6 AWG wire minimum and a fuse to protect system wiring and components.
