The ZIPWAKE E Series Dynamic Trim Control System represents an advanced evolution of the S Series, featuring a family of large, robust, and fast-acting interceptors specifically engineered for boats between 50 and 100 feet.
The system provides intuitive 3D control through a large display, giving the helmsman precise and user-friendly management of trim, pitch, and roll. Fully automatic operation significantly enhances performance, fuel efficiency, comfort, and onboard safety by dynamically eliminating pitch and roll.
Interceptor Design And Installation
The E Series includes upright, tunnel, and bilge interceptor models. Blade speed is 40 mm/s with a stroke of 60 mm, ensuring rapid response and stability. Durable modular construction ensures reliability while reducing maintenance and downtime.
Each interceptor uses two submersible electric servos with natural water cooling, operating on 12–32 V. Installation is simplified with an integrated mounting plate and self-sealing through-hull cable routing. Every unit is supplied with a through-hull cable connection, cable cover, and drilling template.
For optimal performance, interceptors of different widths can be combined to maximize transom coverage.
