The ZF 3304199004 Seal & Clutch Rebuild Kit is an OEM-spec maintenance set for the ZF Hurth 10 M marine gearbox, replacing kit numbers 947.62.631.01 and 500437. It restores pump support pressure packs, clutch grip sections and static/dynamic sealing points across the oil routing, pressure plates and cooler interface circuit. Includes 8 inner + 6 outer clutch plates, 3 carrier springs, gaskets, sealing rings, O-rings, shaft keys and precision shims for clutch preload and shaft centering. Shim range: 0.15 – 0.5 mm clutch pack, plus 0.1, 0.15, 0.3 mm shaft shims. Seal operating temperature -40°C to +120°C (-40°F to +248°F) depending on seat zone; cooler and plug interface seals built for standard marine oil pressures. Compact kit packing for onboard storage and workshops, approx. weight 0.6 kg (1.32 lbs).
