Veratron's innovative NMEA 2000® liquid level sensor, identified as VDO B00041501, is designed for marine applications with a measurement range of 1200 to 1500mm. This sensor addresses various issues encountered by traditional liquid level monitoring solutions and stands out as the first in the industry to be certified for potable water.

The NMEA 2000® compatible level sensor is available in three different models, accommodating tank depths ranging from 200mm to 1500mm. Its capacitive sensor offers easy switching between fresh and waste water, allowing precise adjustment for each tank size. Unlike reed technology, which provides tank level information in graduated increments, the Veratron NMEA 2000 level sensor utilizes capacitance measurement technology, ensuring full-range level linearity. This capability provides accurate data for informed decision-making regarding tank maintenance, whether it's topping up and pumping or emptying up to 4 tanks.

The Veratron sensor is designed to be fully plug and play, featuring an integrated Micro-C M12 5-pin NMEA 2000 connector that can be directly plugged into the backbone. This connector provides nominal 12V performance, and the tank level information can be easily viewed from any networked display.

The NMEA 2000 liquid level sensor is UL94, CE, REACH, and RoHS compliant, and it has an IPX9K rating as an exposed device. The sensor introduces a unique assembly/disassembly concept, simplifying cleaning operations.

Each sensor comes with a gasket kit containing a rubber gasket, mounting bracket, screws, and an Allen key. The available models are as follows:

• B00041401 - tank depths between 600-1200mm
• B00041501 - tank depths between 1200-1500mm
