The VDO 360-081-030-107C is a precision pressure sender designed for a range of applications where accurate pressure monitoring is critical. This component is suitable for use with oil, fuel, and air, offering a versatile solution for various systems.
The pressure sender measures within a range of 0 to 10 Bar, equivalent to 0 to 145 PSI or 0 to 1000 KPa. It can withstand a maximum pressure of 30 Bar for up to 2 seconds. The sender features an M16 x 1.5 thread with a length of 20.5 mm, including the nut, and a thread length of 12 mm. It requires a torque of 100 Nm for proper installation.
Operating in temperatures ranging from -25 °C to +100 °C, this sender is robust and reliable. It operates within a voltage range of 6 to 24 V DC and supports a resistor range of 10 to 184 Ohms. The sensor signal is single-pole with a common ground. It includes a warning contact that triggers at 5.50 Bar ± 0.30 Bar, with a switching capacity of up to 5 Watts for non-inductive loads and closes with falling pressure.
The pressure sender comes with an M4 AMP male connector of 4.8 x 0.8 mm at a 50° angle for the pressure sender and an M4 AMP male connector of 6.3 x 0.8 mm at a 50° angle for the warning contact.
