The VDO 360-081-030-053C pressure sender is designed to measure pressure ranges from 0 to 5 Bar, 0 to 72.5 PSI, or 0 to 500 KPa. This robust sensor can handle a maximum pressure of 30 Bar for up to 2 seconds. It features an M18 x 1.5 thread with a length of 20.5 mm, including the nut, and a thread length of 12 mm. The recommended torque for installation is 100 Nm. The sensor operates efficiently within a temperature range of -25 °C to +100 °C and is suitable for measuring oil, fuel, and air. In terms of electrical specifications, the pressure sender operates within a voltage range of 6 to 24 V DC and has a resistor range of 10 to 184 Ohms. The sensor provides a single-pole common ground signal. It includes a warning contact that activates at 0.25 Bar ± 0.15 Bar with a switching capacity of up to 5 Watts for non-inductive loads. The warning contact closes when the pressure falls below the threshold. For connectivity, the pressure sender uses an M4 AMP Male connector with dimensions of 6.3 x 0.8 mm at a 50° angle for both the pressure sender and warning contact.
