The IC-M510E boasts a colour display with a wide viewing angle of up to 180°. The high-resolution characters and function icons displayed on the screen are easy to read, even in low light conditions thanks to the night mode feature.

Smartphone Pairing via WiFi

Thanks to the built-in WiFi connectivity, you can pair your smartphone with the IC-M510E and control various functions directly from your device. Additionally, up to three smart devices can be used as wireless microphones, and an intercom function allows communication between your smartphone and the radio. Simply download the free RS-M500 app (available for iOS and Android) to access these features.

Integrated GPS and AIS Receiver

The IC-M510E is equipped with an integrated GPS receiver, enabling the radio to send emergency calls with precise coordinates. Furthermore, it features a built-in AIS receiver, providing you with the ability to monitor the positions of nearby AIS vessels. This information is crucial for avoiding collisions, especially in crowded harbours. AIS signals can be displayed directly on the radio or on a compatible multifunction display.

Navigation Function

With the navigation function of the IC-M510E, you can easily navigate to specified waypoints or AIS targets. The radio allows you to save up to 100 destinations as waypoints, ensuring you never lose your way on the water.

Clear Audio Output

The IC-M510E's internal speaker enhances the audio quality of received signals, providing clear and crisp sound output.

Optional Interface Box

An optional interface box, the CT-M500, is available for the IC-M510E. This box allows you to connect the radio to an NMEA2000 network, providing additional connectivity options. It also enables the connection of a speaker and a two-way hailer/PA function. The interface box can be connected via WLAN for added convenience.
