The Blue Sea 7615 ATD Automatic Timer Disconnect is a versatile and efficient device designed to manage and preserve battery power in 12V DC systems. This product can be configured in multiple ways to serve as a Timer Disconnect, Low Voltage Disconnect, or Automatic Charging Relay, depending on the specific needs of your system. As a Timer Disconnect, the ATD unit connects battery power to devices when a 12V signal is triggered and disconnects them after a preset time, which can range from 15 minutes to 4 hours. The device is also capable of sensing low battery voltage and will disconnect the devices when the voltage drops below a preset threshold, ensuring battery life is preserved. In addition, it features an Automatic Charging Relay that combines two batteries during charging and isolates them when discharging, ideal for systems with auxiliary AGM batteries or larger start batteries.

With its low voltage disconnect feature, the Blue Sea 7615 can prioritize battery preservation by disconnecting devices when the battery voltage falls below 11.0V, 11.5V, or 12.0V, as selected. It also offers a charge sense feature to automatically trigger disconnection at a set voltage level, and it prevents overvoltage situations with a 16.0V lockout.
