The Fire Extinguishing Installation Identification Sign is designed to mark the location of fire extinguishing installations aboard boats and vessels. It combines a graphical symbol with identification text in four languages, allowing personnel to recognise the marked installation.
The sign features a white semicircular symbol on a red square background. Below the symbol, red capital lettering on a white background identifies the installation in Dutch, German, English and French.
Two material versions are available: a soft PVC sticker and a rigid hard plastic sign with a thickness of 2 mm. Both versions have identical dimensions of 10×15 cm.
