The Plam Black Nylon Chafe Protection Ribbon is designed to protect mooring lines from abrasion while extending their service life in demanding marine environments. Manufactured from soft yet highly durable black nylon, it features a full-length Velcro closure for quick installation and removal without disconnecting the rope. The ribbon can also be used as a protective sleeve for electrical cables running between the dock and the boat. Available in three sizes for 18 mm, 28 mm, and 44 mm ropes, each version is supplied in a 25 m roll.

Plam Black Nylon Chafe Protection Ribbon with Velcro Closure
The Plam Black Nylon Chafe Protection Ribbon is designed to protect mooring lines from abrasion at high-wear contact points such as fairleads, chocks, cleats and dock fittings. Manufactured from soft yet durable nylon, it provides long-lasting protection while remaining flexible and easy to install.
The integrated Velcro closure allows the ribbon to be fitted or removed quickly without disconnecting the rope. Besides protecting mooring lines, it can also be used as a protective sleeve for electrical cables running between the dock and the boat. Supplied in convenient 25 metre rolls, the ribbon can be cut to the required length for individual applications.
