The Halyard output muffler is made of fiberglass and polyester.

The exhaust system for marine engines has the following advantages:
1. significant decrease in noise.
2. ensuring safety - not a drop should get back into the engine.

Halyard silencers and hydraulic locks will provide the first and second.

Halyard silencers and hydraulic locks are offered for small generators with a diameter of 40 mm to bespoke models for powerful 2000 hp diesel engines with an exhaust diameter of up to 350 mm.

All models are made of fiberglass and polyester, which eliminates melting during overheating like standard plastic silencers. The noise suppression quality of polyester silencers is significantly higher than steel and galvanized models.

The principle of operation of the Halyard silencer made of polyester - a water tank at the bottom of the silencer is filled with water. Exhaust gas passes through it and "punches" its way up. All Halyard silencers work according to the same principle, regardless of the diameter of the model.

Hydraulic seals have an exhaust opening 40 to 350 mm in diameter on top or side.
