Vetus SLANG40R Exhaust Hose 40mm (R.I.N.A.)

The Vetus SLANG40R is a high-quality SLANG type exhaust hose designed for marine applications. Known for its flexibility and durability, this hose is quick to install and offers reliable performance. With an increased number of spiral windings and a supple type of rubber, VETUS exhaust hoses are exceptionally flexible and robust. The smooth inside surface reduces back pressure on the exhaust gas, enhancing overall engine efficiency.

The SLANG40R features a bending radius of 1.5 times the hose diameter for sizes up to Ø152mm, while hoses with a diameter over 152mm have a bending radius of 2 times the hose diameter. Temperature-resistant between -30º to +100ºC for short periods, it can withstand temperatures up to 115ºC. This exhaust hose is suitable for connecting an engine with an exhaust manifold of 57mm outside diameter to a 60mm VETUS exhaust hose, allowing compatibility with VETUS silencers, waterlocks, goosenecks, and mirror bushings.
