The Vetus SET0089 offers a six-blade propeller upgrade designed for Vetus Bow thrusters with 50 and 80Kgf, first-generation models featuring a 12mm parallel shaft and red propeller end caps. This set also includes sleeve adapters (10x12x15mm) x 2 for compatibility with the model BSCHR0EF with a 10mm drive shaft. Featuring a propeller with white end caps and a 4mm diameter drive pin, this upgrade enhances the performance of your bow thruster.

Developed in collaboration with the Maritime Institute Netherlands (MARIN), Vetus has optimized the performance of its thrusters by utilizing a unique propeller blade profile, resulting in minimal cavitation. Cavitation, which produces unwanted noise, is significantly reduced with this new blade design, offering a substantial reduction in operating sound levels for Vetus bow thrusters.
