The VWC Series offers automated vertical handling of chain-only anchor rodes, complemented by an independent capstan to aid in secondary rope and chain retrieval or docking assistance.

• Fully automatic single or dual direction chainwheel operation
• High-quality finish on above deck components, crafted from marine grade stainless steel (AISI 316), ensuring long-term durability
• Integral chain pipe and stripper for virtually jam-free operation, facilitating automatic chain feed into and out of the anchor locker
• Port and starboard chain pipes for twin installations (Sizes 2500 and above only)
• Cone-type brake/clutch mechanism for manual ‘free fall’ anchoring, ensuring smooth engagement and precise operator control

Additional features include a chainwheel locking pawl, optional Band Brake for 3500 series units, and clutch disengagement of the chainwheel for independent rope hauling in any direction.
