The Flojet G57 Series Air Operated Diaphragm Pump is engineered to deliver exceptional performance and durability. Featuring a robust design with a polypropylene housing, this pump integrates a Santoprene diaphragm and check valve, EPDM O-rings, and Hastelloy springs. Driven by an internal air motor, the pump is designed to offer reliable operation with minimal maintenance.

The G57-5225A model is adept at handling solids up to 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) in diameter thanks to its clog-free check valves. It includes leak-resistant radial seals, eliminating the need for critical O-ring seals. The pump features a ceramic slide valve combined with a unique spring design to prevent stalling, and can operate with air or CO2 inlet pressures up to 100 PSI (6.9 bar). It ensures quiet operation with a large exhaust muffler, maintaining a maximum noise level of 87dB.

Self-priming up to 15 feet (4.5 m) from a dry state and up to 20 feet (6.1 m) from a wet state, the pump is versatile in its placement, whether mounted above or below the fluid level, though no more than 4 feet above is recommended. It is not designed for submersible use. Ideal for various commercial and industrial applications, this pump is engineered for long service life and efficient fluid delivery.
