The Flojet Duplex II Diaphragm Pump is engineered for high performance and reliability in demanding applications. It features a polypropylene body construction, designed to withstand various conditions while maintaining durability and efficiency.

The Flojet D3231B5011AR model integrates advanced diaphragm and valve technologies to enhance suction capabilities, allowing it to pull higher dry vacuum. With a 24-volt DC motor, this pump operates effectively with 3/8 inch NPT female ports for both inlet and discharge. The Buna diaphragm and Buna check valve contribute to its robust performance, and the medium pressure cam along with a 60 PSI pressure switch ensures precise operation.

Self-priming up to 8 feet (2.4 meters) and capable of running dry without sustaining damage, the pump offers flexibility in installation and use. However, the vertical prime may vary based on fluid viscosity, suction tube size, foot valve, and pump configuration. For optimal performance, it should be mounted in a dry, well-ventilated area, and protected from water, dust, sunlight, and wash down spray if used outdoors.

Equipped with a pressure switch, this pump operates on a demand duty cycle. It automatically shuts off when the discharge valve is closed and the pressure reaches 60 PSI, and restarts when the discharge line pressure drops below the switch's ON set point. Note that this pump is not suitable for pumping flammable fluids, gasoline, kerosene, or fuel oil, and should not be used in explosive environments. The maximum operating temperature for this pump is 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
