The Jabsco B40 is a durable 1½" bronze self-priming side channel pump with a corrosion-resistant bronze body and AISI316 stainless steel shaft. It features a 1½" BSP inlet and discharge, dimensions of 228mm x 195mm x 250mm, and can output up to 16 m³/hour (58 gallons/minute) at a 5m head. With a self-priming capability up to 4m and a carbon-ceramic mechanical shaft seal, it absorbs a maximum power of 3.1kW at 2000rpm and allows for bi-directional flow. The pump weighs 13.65 kg (approximately 14.65 kg packed) and comes with a bare shaft.
