The Jabsco 82505-0094 Marine Washdown Pump is designed for efficient and reliable performance in marine environments. It features the Polypropylene HotShot HD6 series construction and is capable of delivering up to 6 gallons per minute with a shutoff pressure of 70 PSI. This model is equipped with large Snap-In Port fittings and 3/4 inch Straight Hosebarb fittings, driven by a 24 Volt DC motor. Note that this model has been replaced by the newer P602J-219N-3A.

The updated HD (Heavy Duty) version brings several enhancements, including a slightly wider diameter motor with a powder-coated shell for added durability. It incorporates co-molded diaphragm technology, cast aluminum endbells, and lower housing to enhance pressure capability and lifespan. The pumphead and upper housing are made of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene, complemented by a co-molded TPV diaphragm and EPDM check valves. It also features an integrated, sealed pressure switch for on-demand operation and has a shut-off pressure of 70 PSI.

This pump utilizes a permanent magnet brushed motor with a TENV (Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated) enclosure, offering ingress protection to IPX6 and includes vibration dampening mounting feet. The motor is housed in a plastic shell to guard against corrosion. The pump's self-priming capability reaches 7 feet, allowing for flexible installation, and it can run dry without sustaining damage. It operates efficiently and quietly, with a maximum fluid temperature range of 32°F to 140°F (0°C to 60°C). Please note that this pump is not submersible and should not be used for pumping gasoline or other flammable liquids.
