The Jabsco 82500-0094 is a robust freshwater delivery pump designed for reliability and performance in a variety of applications. This pump is part of the ParMax HD6 series and is engineered to handle up to 6 gallons per minute (GPM) with a 60 PSI shutoff pressure. It features large Snap-In Port fittings and 3/4 inch straight hosebarb fittings, all powered by a 24 Volt DC motor.

Replaced by the updated model # P602J-218S-3A, this pump has been enhanced for superior service life and performance. The new HD (Heavy Duty) version includes a wider diameter motor with a powder-coated shell, a co-molded diaphragm for enhanced durability, and cast aluminum endbells and lower housing to improve pressure capability. The pump's head and upper housing are made from glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene, with a co-molded TPV diaphragm and EPDM check valves, ensuring long-lasting operation.

The pump features an integrated, sealed pressure switch for on-demand operation with a shut-off pressure of 60 PSI. It also includes an integrated bypass module to minimize cycling and ensure a smooth flow. The motor is a permanent magnet brushed type with a Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated (TENV) enclosure, offering ingress protection to IPX6 and vibration-dampening mounting feet. Its efficient and quiet operation is supported by a plastic housing that shields the motor from corrosion.

With a self-priming capability of 7 feet, the pump offers flexibility in installation and can run dry without damage. It delivers outstanding performance in a compact design, with a maximum inlet pressure of 30 PSI and a fluid temperature range from 32°F to 140°F (0°C to 60°C). Note that this pump is not submersible. It is crucial to avoid using it for pumping gasoline or other flammable liquids.
