The Jabsco 82400-0094 is a robust and reliable freshwater delivery pump ideal for various applications. This model, from the Polypropylene ParMax HD4 series, delivers up to 4 gallons per minute (GPM) and features a 60 PSI shutoff. It is equipped with standard Snap-In Port fittings and 1/2 inch Straight Hosebarb fittings, powered by a 24 Volt DC Motor. The pump has been succeeded by the updated Jabsco model # Q402J-118S-3A.

The new HD (Heavy Duty) model boasts enhancements for improved performance and durability. It features a wider diameter motor with a powder-coated shell, advanced co-molded diaphragm technology, and cast aluminum endbells and lower housing for better pressure capability and longevity. The pump head and upper housing are constructed from glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene, complemented by a co-molded TPV diaphragm and EPDM check valves. An integrated, sealed pressure switch ensures on-demand operation with a shut-off pressure of 60 PSI, while an integrated bypass module minimizes cycling and promotes smoother flow.

The motor is a permanent magnet brushed type with a TENV (Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated) enclosure, offering ingress protection to IPX6 and vibration-dampening mounting feet. Designed for quiet and efficient operation, the pump features a corrosion-resistant plastic housing and a self-priming capability of 7 feet for versatile installation. It can operate dry without damage and provides exceptional performance within a compact footprint. The maximum inlet pressure is 30 PSI, and it handles fluid temperatures ranging from 32°F to 140°F (0°C to 60°C). Please note, this pump is not submersible and should not be used for pumping gasoline or other flammable liquids.
