Introducing the Jabsco 82400-0092, a high-performance freshwater delivery pump designed to meet diverse needs with reliability and efficiency. This Polypropylene ParMax HD4 series pump boasts a flow rate of up to 4 GPM and a shutoff pressure of 40 PSI, featuring standard Snap-In Port fittings and 1/2 inch Straight Hosebarb fittings. The pump is powered by a 12 Volt DC Motor and has been succeeded by the updated model # Q401J-118S-3A, which offers enhanced performance and durability.

The new HD (Heavy Duty) model introduces improvements including a slightly wider diameter motor with a powder-coated shell, co-molded diaphragm technology for extended lifespan, and cast aluminum endbells and lower housing for enhanced pressure capability. The Pumphead and upper housing are made from glass fiber reinforced polypropylene, featuring a co-molded TPV Diaphragm and EPDM Check valves for superior performance.

Equipped with an integrated, sealed pressure switch for on-demand operation, the pump maintains a shut-off pressure of 60 PSI and includes an integrated bypass module to reduce cycling and ensure smoother flow. The motor, a permanent magnet brushed type with a TENV (Totally Enclosed non-Ventilated) enclosure, is protected to IPX6 standards and features vibration-dampening mounting feet for quiet operation.

The Jabsco 82400-0092 offers a self-priming capability of up to 7 feet, providing flexibility in installation, and it can operate dry without damage. The pump's plastic housing shields the motor from corrosion, making it suitable for various applications. With a maximum inlet pressure of 30 PSI and a fluid temperature range of 32°F to 140°F (0°C to 60°C), this pump delivers exceptional performance within a compact design.
