The Jabsco 4720-0003 is an advanced utility pump designed for robust and versatile applications. Crafted from 316 stainless steel, this flexible impeller pump features a durable Nitrile impeller and a lip type seal. It includes 1/2 inch NPT internal ports and is powered by a 1/3 horsepower motor running at 1725 RPM. This motor is suitable for 115/230 volts, single-phase operation at 60 Hz and comes with a 6-foot cord and a three-prong plug.

This pump excels in handling oil-based products due to its Nitrile impeller, which operates effectively within a temperature range of 50°F to 180°F (10°C to 82°C). The pump's self-priming capability allows it to start pumping instantly with dry suction, reaching up to 10 feet (3 meters) and up to 22 feet (6.7 meters) when wetted. With a flow rate of 11 GPM (41 LPM), it’s designed for environments requiring stainless steel, self-priming, and debris-tolerant features.

Its construction includes replaceable cams and wear plates, extending the product life, while the single moving part—the tough, wear-resistant flexible impeller—ensures smooth operation without metal-to-metal contact, gears, or the risk of jamming. Ideal for industrial and chemical settings, this pump should not be used with flammable vapors or solvents, thinners, and gasoline. It is not explosion-proof and should not be operated dry.
