To ensure optimal performance and longevity, it is recommended to replace the impeller at least once a year or more frequently based on engine usage. While a properly installed impeller can last several years, following a preventative maintenance schedule is always preferable. Nitrile impellers are effective with a wide range of fluids, including oils, oil-water emulsions, diesel fuel, and more.
