The new HD (Heavy Duty) model features a wider diameter motor with a powder-coated shell, co-molded diaphragm technology, cast aluminum endbells, and lower housing for enhanced pressure capability and longevity.

The pumphead and upper housing are made from glass fiber reinforced polypropylene, providing strength and resistance to wear. It includes a co-molded TPV diaphragm and EPDM check valves, ensuring reliable operation. The integrated sealed pressure switch allows for on-demand operation, with a shut-off pressure set at 60 PSI.

Key features of the Jabsco 32900-0092 include a permanent magnet brushed motor with a TENV (Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated) enclosure, offering IPX6 ingress protection.
