The Jabsco 31820-0494 is a robust 24-volt DC diaphragm pump designed for industrial applications. It is equipped with a Santoprene diaphragm and Viton valves, ensuring reliable performance and durability in demanding environments.
This pump features connections suitable for 15mm (1/2") external thread and 15mm (1/2") ID hose. With dimensions of approximately 241mm in length, 100mm in width, and 94mm in height, it is compact yet powerful. The pump requires a 7.5-amp fuse and delivers an output of up to 12 litres per minute (3 gallons per minute). It is capable of self-priming up to a 1.5-meter vertical lift when dry, making it versatile for various setups.
Constructed with a glass-filled polypropylene body, the pump handles mildly aggressive chemicals and can run dry without damage. The motor is protected by thermal overload to ensure longevity. It operates effectively with liquid temperatures ranging from 7ºC to 54ºC and viscosities up to 250 cP. The pump is suitable for continuous duty at 2.8 bar (40 psi) head in ambient temperatures up to 55ºC.
