The Jabsco 31801-0115 is a high-performance industrial diaphragm pump designed for reliability and efficiency. Constructed from glass-filled polypropylene, this pump features a Santoprene diaphragm and Viton check valves, ensuring durability and resistance to chemicals. It includes 1/2 inch hose barb ports and operates with a 115V AC, single-phase, 60Hz motor. This four-chamber diaphragm pump offers a flow rate of up to 4 GPM (15 LPM) and can self-prime to 9 feet (2.7 meters) when dry, provided the suction piping is airtight.

The motor is an AC capacitor start induction type, fan-cooled with sealed ball bearings, thermally protected, and runs at 1.8 amps. It is CSA and UL listed, making it a reliable choice for continuous operation. The pump is equipped with a built-in pressure switch that automatically shuts off when the discharge valve is closed. For easy maintenance and installation, it features snap-in ports. An optional 40-mesh inlet strainer, available with 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch hose barb connections, can be mounted directly to the suction port.

Designed to operate continuously in environments up to 70°F (21°C) and against discharge pressures up to 30 psi (2 bar), this pump is built to withstand demanding conditions. For temperatures outside this range, intermittent duty cycles are recommended to prolong pump life. The motor case may become hot during normal operation. This pump is capable of running dry indefinitely without damage, thanks to its sealless design and low amp draw. It features snap-in port adapters for simple installation and can handle fluid temperatures up to 130°F (54°C) and viscosities up to 250 centipoise. Note that this pump is not intended for outdoor use and should be protected from direct splash and spray with adequate ventilation.
