The Jabsco 31801-0092 is a 12 volt DC diaphragm pump with a flow rate of up to 15 litres per minute, designed for handling mildly aggressive chemicals. It features a thermal overload protected motor, self-priming capability up to 1.5 meters, and can run dry without damage. With a pressure switch that activates at 1.4 bar and deactivates at 2.8 bar, it operates efficiently in temperatures from 7ºC to 54ºC and supports viscosities up to 250 cP. The pump is built with a glass-filled polypropylene body and includes Santoprene diaphragm and Viton valves.

The Jabsco 31801-0092 features connections for a 15mm (1/2") external thread and a 15mm (1/2") ID hose. Its dimensions are approximately 233mm in length, 100mm in width, and 98mm in height. The pump operates with a fuse size of 10 amps and has an output capacity of up to 15 litres per minute (4 gallons per minute). It is self-priming up to 1.5 meters vertical lift when dry.

Constructed from glass-filled polypropylene, the pump is capable of handling mildly aggressive chemicals and can run dry without sustaining damage. It is equipped with a thermal overload protected motor for enhanced safety. The pressure switch is set to activate at 1.4 bar (20 psi) and deactivate at 2.8 bar (40 psi), ensuring consistent performance under varying pressures.

The pump operates effectively within liquid temperatures ranging from 7ºC to 54ºC and can manage viscosities up to 250 cP. It supports continuous duty at 1 bar (15 psi) head in ambient temperatures of 21ºC.
