Jabsco 30570-4005 - Motor Pump Unit
This motor pump unit is crafted with high-quality materials for efficient performance. The body is constructed using 316 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The pump/motor adapter is made of epoxy coated cast iron, providing a sturdy foundation.
The impeller, composed of neoprene, delivers reliable pumping action. A carbon seal and food-grade nitrile seal elastomer ensure secure sealing. Utilizing motor bearings for smooth operation, the shaft material is also 316 stainless steel.
Featuring a port type of 1-1/2" ACME Threads with Bevel Seat or Clamp Type, this unit comes with a 5 HP motor capable of 1750 rpm. Certified to US 3A Standard 02-11, it handles soft solids up to 16mm in diameter and is designed for Clean-In-Place (CIP) or easy strip cleaning.
With minimal shear to thixotropic fluids, this unit is both easy to service and maintain, making it a reliable choice for various industrial applications.
