The Jabsco 30560-3005 is a top-quality flexible impeller pump end designed for high performance and durability. Crafted from 316 stainless steel, this pump features a Neoprene impeller and a Carbon/Ceramic/Nitrile mechanical seal, ensuring reliable operation. It comes with clamp-type ports and is intended as a replacement pump end only, without a motor. This pump head is compatible with a H145 TC Frame NEMA C-Face Motor, which should be rated at 1-1/2 horsepower, 1750 RPM, with a service factor of one. To handle high bearing loads, the motor must have ball bearings with the front bearing locked against axial movement and be capacitor start and foot mounted.

Designed for handling a range of liquids, from low to high viscosity, gels, and pastes, the Jabsco hygienic flexible impeller pump is capable of passing both soft and hard solids with minimal damage. It can pump liquids with viscosities up to 20,000 cps, provided there is chemical compatibility with the pump materials. The pump delivers a smooth, steady, and pulsation-free output flow, ensuring that shear-sensitive or fragile liquids remain undamaged. These pumps are especially beneficial for applications requiring self-priming and are highly effective for viscous or air-entrained food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical products.
