The Jabsco 30560-2005 Pump Head Kit features a 316 stainless steel body and shaft, an epoxy-coated cast iron pump/motor adapter, and a neoprene impeller. It includes a carbon seal with food-grade nitrile elastomer and uses motor bearings. Designed for 1" ACME threads with a bevel seat or clamp type, the kit supports a 1-1/2 HP motor with a standard pressure rating. It effectively handles soft solids up to 12mm in diameter, meets US 3A Standard 02-11, and is easy to clean with Clean-In-Place (CIP) or strip cleaning, offering minimal shear to thixotropic fluids and simple maintenance.
