It handles various liquids, gels, and pastes, and can pass suspended solids with minimal wear. Featuring a smooth, pulsation-free flow, it is ideal for shear-sensitive liquids and easy to clean. It self-primes and achieves a dry suction lift of up to 10 feet with 860 RPM, or 22 feet when wet. Suitable for temperatures between 45 and 150 degrees Fahrenheit, it must not run dry for more than 30 seconds to avoid impeller damage.

The Jabsco 30550-0105 is a high-quality pedestal pump designed for a variety of sanitary applications. Made from durable 316 stainless steel, this pump features a Neoprene impeller and a Tungsten Carbide/Nitrile mechanical seal. It includes 1-1/2 inch ACME threaded ports with a bevel seat, but comes as a bare shafted unit without a motor.

Ideal for handling both low and high-viscosity liquids, gels, and pastes, this flexible impeller pump is capable of passing suspended soft and hard solids with minimal wear. Its smooth, steady output flow is completely pulsation-free, and it delivers a gentle pumping action that preserves shear-sensitive or delicate liquids. Designed for easy cleaning in place or straightforward strip-down, the Jabsco pump offers a practical and cost-effective solution compared to other pump types.

The pump is self-priming and can handle a vertical dry suction lift of up to 10 feet with a minimum of 860 RPM using the Neoprene impeller. When wet, it can achieve a suction lift of up to 22 feet. Temperature ranges vary depending on the impeller compound: Neoprene operates effectively between 45 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit (7 to 65 degrees Celsius).

Note that the pump relies on the liquid being pumped for lubrication. Running the pump dry for more than 30 seconds can damage the impeller, so ensure it is always properly lubricated.
