The Jabsco 30540-0104 is a high-performance industrial pump designed for demanding applications. Constructed from 316 stainless steel, this flexible impeller pump is equipped with a Viton impeller and a Viton/Tungsten Carbide/Ceramic seal. It features 2-inch NPT external ports and is provided as a bare shafted pedestal pump end only, without a motor.

This pump is self-priming and capable of operating at both low and high speeds. It requires a minimum of 860 RPM to achieve a vertical dry suction lift of 4 feet, with the capability to produce a suction lift up to 22 feet when the pump is wet. The Viton impeller is suitable for hydrocarbons and most solvents. It is important to note that this pump should not be used with gasoline, solvents, thinners, or other flammable liquids.

The operating temperature range of the pump depends on the impeller compound used. For Viton impellers, the temperature limits are between 60°F and 180°F (15°C to 82°C). The pump supports single or variable speed operation, with a flow rate of up to 105 gallons per minute and is tolerant to debris.
