The Jabsco 30530-4103 is a high-performance pump engineered for durability and efficiency. Constructed from 316 stainless steel, this pump features a flexible impeller and a Nitrile impeller designed to handle a range of liquids with ease. Its robust design includes a Tungsten Carbide Mechanical Seal, 1-1/2 Inch NPT Internal Ports, and is coupled with a powerful 5 Horsepower motor operating at 1750 RPM, with 230/460 Volts, 3 Phase, TEFC, and 60 Hz specifications.

This versatile pump is ideal for applications requiring single or variable speed operation, especially where stainless steel is preferred for its resilience. It offers a self-priming capability with a flow rate of 50 GPM (189 LPM) and can handle debris effectively. The Nitrile impeller excels with oil-based products, providing a vertical dry suction lift of up to 10 feet and a wetted suction lift of up to 22 feet. To ensure proper function, suction lines must be airtight to enable self-priming. The temperature range for the Nitrile impeller is between 50°F and 180°F (10°C to 82°C).

Stainless steel flexible impeller pumps are particularly advantageous where self-priming is needed and are efficient in handling viscous or air-entrained liquids. They perform well at lower speeds and are gentle on delicate liquids due to their smooth pumping action. These pumps can handle liquids with viscosities up to 20,000 cps, provided they are chemically compatible with the pump materials. They are suitable for a variety of applications, including pumping corrosive chemicals, alcohols, solutions, inks, dyes, paints, pigments, viscous adhesives, thickeners, and raw materials.

Note that this pump should not be used to pump gasoline or other flammable liquids, as the motor is not explosion-proof. Avoid running the pump dry to prevent damage.
