The Jabsco 30530-4101 is a high-performance pump designed for demanding applications. Constructed from durable 316 stainless steel, this flexible impeller pump features a Neoprene impeller and a Tungsten Carbide mechanical seal. It includes 1-1/2 inch NPT internal ports and is driven by a 5 horsepower motor operating at 1750 RPM, with a 230/460 volt, 3-phase, TEFC, 60 Hz configuration.

Designed to meet both single and variable speed requirements, the Jabsco 30530-4101 excels in applications where stainless steel's corrosion resistance is essential. It offers self-priming capability with a flow rate of up to 50 GPM (189 LPM) and is debris-tolerant, making it suitable for various pumping needs. The Neoprene impeller supports a vertical dry suction lift of up to 10 feet and can achieve a suction lift of up to 22 feet when wetted. Ensure suction lines are airtight to maintain self-priming functionality. The temperature range for Neoprene impellers is between 45°F and 180°F (7°C to 82°C).

This pump is ideal for handling viscous or air-entrained liquids and is effective at lower speeds, which helps manage delicate liquids with its gentle pumping action. It is capable of pumping liquids with viscosities up to 20,000 cps, provided there is chemical compatibility with the pump materials. The Jabsco 30530-4101 is well-suited for handling corrosive chemicals, alcohols, solutions, inks, dyes, paints, pigments, viscous adhesives, thickeners, and raw materials.

Note: The pump should not be used for gasoline or other flammable liquids. The motor is not explosion-proof and the pump must not be run dry.
