Jabsco 30530-0113 - Stainless Steel Pedestal Pump

The Jabsco 30530-0113 is a high-performance pump designed for demanding applications. Constructed from 316 stainless steel, it features a flexible impeller made of nitrile, a tungsten carbide mechanical seal, and 1-1/2 inch NPT internal ports. This model is the pedestal pump end only and does not include a motor.

Engineered for single or variable speed operation, this self-priming pump delivers a flow rate of up to 50 gallons per minute (189 liters per minute) and is highly resistant to debris. It is capable of priming at both low and high speeds and can achieve a vertical dry suction lift of up to 10 feet (3 meters) with a minimum of 860 RPM. When wet, it can produce a suction lift of up to 22 feet (6.7 meters). It is crucial to ensure that suction lines are airtight to facilitate self-priming.

Do not operate the pump dry for more than 30 seconds, as the lack of liquid can damage the impeller. The pump’s operating temperature ranges from 50°F to 180°F (10°C to 82°C) when using a nitrile impeller, which is ideal for handling oil-based products. The tungsten carbide seal is particularly suitable for pumping highly-corrosive or abrasive fluids.

For pedestal mount models operating at 1750 RPM, a 7.5 HP motor is recommended, with the appropriate service factor. The motor should provide a minimum of 26 ft-lbs of torque for forward operation and 40 ft-lbs for reverse operation.

Note: The pump should not be used for pumping gasoline or other flammable liquids. Always avoid running the pump dry.
