The Jabsco 30530-0111 is a robust and efficient 316 stainless steel Flexible Impeller pump designed for high performance and durability. This model features a high pressure Neoprene Impeller and a Tungsten Carbide Mechanical Seal, making it ideal for various demanding applications. It comes equipped with 1-1/2 Inch NPT Internal Ports and is provided as a bare shafted pedestal pump end only, without a motor.

This pump excels in environments where either single or variable speed operation is necessary. It is self-priming, capable of delivering up to 50 GPM (189 LPM) flow, and is tolerant of debris. It will prime at both low and high speeds, with a vertical dry suction lift capability of 10 feet (3m) at a minimum of 860 RPM. When operating wet, it can achieve a suction lift up to 22 feet (6.7m). Ensure suction lines are airtight to guarantee self-priming functionality.

The unit relies on the liquid being pumped for lubrication; thus, it should not be run dry for more than 30 seconds to avoid damaging the impeller. The operating temperature range for the pump, with Neoprene impellers, spans from 45 degrees F to 180 degrees F (7 degrees C to 82 degrees C). Neoprene impellers are suitable for water and general-purpose applications, while the tungsten carbide seal is designed for highly-corrosive or abrasive fluids.

For pedestal mount models operating at 1750 RPM, a 7.5 HP motor with an appropriate service factor is recommended. High-pressure impellers require the motor to provide a minimum of 26 ft-lbs of torque for forward operation and 40 ft-lbs for reverse operation.

Note: The pump should not be used for gasoline or other flammable liquids and should not be run dry.
