The Jabsco 30520-4001 is a robust and efficient pump and motor unit designed for demanding applications. Constructed from high-quality 316 stainless steel, it features a durable neoprene impeller and a carbon/ceramic mechanical seal for reliable performance. The pump is directly coupled to a powerful 1-1/2 horsepower motor that operates on either 115 or 230 volts and is TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) for optimal protection and cooling.

With 1-inch NPT internal ports, this pump is engineered for versatility. It is capable of self-priming at both low and high speeds, with a minimum of 860 RPM required for a vertical dry suction lift of 10 feet. When wet, the pump can achieve a suction lift of up to 22 feet. For optimal performance, ensure suction lines are airtight to facilitate self-priming.

The pump's temperature operating limits depend on the impeller material. Neoprene impellers can handle temperatures from 45°F to 180°F (7°C to 82°C). Stainless steel flexible impeller pumps are particularly effective for self-priming applications and can handle viscous or air-entrained liquids with ease. They are also suitable for delicate liquids due to their gentle pumping action at lower speeds.
