The Jabsco 30520-0001 is a robust pedestal pump designed for industrial applications. Crafted from high-grade 316 stainless steel, this pump features a bare shaft design and is intended for use without a motor. It is equipped with a standard pressure neoprene impeller and a nitrile/carbon/ceramic seal, ensuring durability and reliability.

This flexible impeller pump is ideal for situations requiring single or variable speed operation. It is self-priming and can handle a flow rate of up to 22 gallons per minute (GPM), making it suitable for various water and general-purpose pumping tasks. The pump operates efficiently within a temperature range of 45 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit (7 to 82 degrees Celsius) when using the neoprene impeller.

The Jabsco 30520-0001 primes at both low and high speeds, with a vertical dry suction lift capability of 10 feet using neoprene/nitrile and 7 feet using viton/EPDM. When wet, the suction lift can reach up to 22 feet. It is crucial to ensure that suction lines are airtight to maintain the pump's self-priming ability.

For pedestal mount 30520 series pumps operating at 1750 RPM, it is recommended to use a 1-1/2 horsepower or 3 horsepower motor, depending on the desired pressure and service factor. High-pressure applications require a motor capable of supplying a minimum torque of 7.9 ft-lbs for forward operation and 16.3 ft-lbs for reverse operation.

Note that this pump should not be used with gasoline or other flammable liquids. Additionally, the unit depends on the liquid being pumped for lubrication; therefore, it should not be run dry for more than 30 seconds, as this could damage the impeller.
