The Jabsco 30510-5104 is a high-quality flexible impeller pump designed for durability and efficiency. Constructed from epoxy plastic, this pump features a Viton impeller and a Viton/Tungsten Carbide mechanical seal, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging conditions.

This pump is coupled to a 3/4 horsepower motor, which operates at 1750 RPM and runs on 115 volts, single-phase power. The motor is Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC), providing excellent protection and longevity. The unit includes 3/4 inch NPT external ports and is engineered to deliver self-priming capability, working effectively at both low and high speeds.

The pump requires a minimum of 860 RPM for a vertical dry suction lift of up to 10 feet (3 meters), and it can achieve a suction lift of up to 22 feet (6.7 meters) when the system is wet. To ensure proper priming, the suction lines must be airtight. Note that the pump relies on the liquid being pumped for lubrication, and running the pump dry for more than 30 seconds can damage the impeller.

The operating temperature range for the pump, with a Viton impeller, is between 60°F to 180°F (15°C to 82°C). This impeller is suitable for use with hydrocarbons and most solvents. The tungsten carbide seal provides additional durability when handling highly corrosive or abrasive fluids. The pump’s shaft rotation determines the placement of the intake and discharge ports, and it is typically assembled for clockwise rotation when viewed from the end cover.

Important: The motor is not explosion-proof, so the pump should not be used in environments where flammable vapors are present. Additionally, avoid running the pump dry to prevent damage.
