The Jabsco 30510-5003 is an advanced self-priming pump designed for reliability and durability in various applications. Constructed from epoxy plastic, this pump features a nitrile impeller and a nitrile/carbon/ceramic mechanical seal. It is close-coupled with a 3/4 horsepower motor that operates at 1750 RPM, with a voltage of 115 volts and a single-phase, TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) configuration. The pump includes 3/4 inch NPT external ports.

This flexible impeller pump excels in self-priming capabilities, performing efficiently at both low and high speeds. It requires a minimum of 860 RPM for a vertical dry suction lift of 10 feet (3 meters) and can achieve a suction lift up to 22 feet (6.7 meters) when the pump is wet. For optimal performance, ensure suction lines are airtight to facilitate self-priming. The pump depends on the liquid being pumped for lubrication; running the pump dry for more than 30 seconds can damage the impeller.

Temperature limits for the pump are determined by the nitrile impeller, which operates effectively within a range of 50°F to 180°F (10°C to 82°C). This impeller is particularly suitable for oil-based products. The direction of the pump shaft's rotation affects the location of the intake and discharge ports, with the factory typically assembling the pump for clockwise rotation when viewed from the end cover.

Please note that the motor is not explosion-proof. Avoid using the pump in environments with flammable vapors and do not operate the pump dry.
