The Jabsco 30510-5001 is a versatile and reliable self-priming pump designed for various pumping needs. Featuring epoxy plastic construction, it comes equipped with a neoprene impeller and a nitrile/carbon/ceramic mechanical seal. The pump is mounted directly onto a 3/4 horsepower motor that operates at 1750 RPM and 115 volts, with a single-phase, totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) design. It includes 3/4 inch NPT external ports for convenient connections.

This self-priming pump is effective at both low and high speeds. It requires a minimum of 860 RPM for a vertical dry suction lift of up to 10 feet (3 meters) and can achieve a suction lift of up to 22 feet (6.7 meters) when wet. For optimal performance, ensure that suction lines are airtight, as the pump will not self-prime otherwise. The unit relies on the pumped liquid for lubrication, so it is crucial not to run the pump dry for more than 30 seconds to prevent impeller damage.

The operational temperature range for the pump is dependent on the neoprene impeller, which functions effectively between 45 degrees F and 180 degrees F (7 degrees C to 82 degrees C). Designed for water and general-purpose pumping, the pump's intake and discharge port locations are determined by the rotation of the pump shaft, typically assembled for clockwise rotation when viewed from the end cover.
