The Jabsco 30510-4103 is a high-performance pump designed for demanding applications. This stainless steel flexible impeller pump and motor unit offers durability and efficiency for various pumping needs.

The pump features a robust 316 stainless steel construction, complemented by a nitrile impeller and a tungsten carbide mechanical seal. It is coupled with a 3/4 horsepower, 1750 RPM, 115-volt, single-phase, TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) motor. The ports are 3/4 inch NPT internal, ensuring compatibility with a range of systems.

With a self-priming capability, the pump delivers an 8 GPM (30 LPM) flow rate and can handle debris with ease. The nitrile impeller is suitable for oil-based products and operates efficiently with a vertical dry suction lift of up to 10 feet and a wetted suction lift of up to 22 feet. The pump's temperature range for nitrile impellers is from 50 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit (10 to 82 degrees Celsius). The tungsten carbide seal is ideal for handling highly-corrosive or abrasive fluids.

Stainless steel flexible impeller pumps are known for their self-priming ability and effectiveness in pumping viscous or air-entrained liquids. They are also well-suited for delicate liquids due to their gentle pumping action at lower speeds. These pumps can handle liquids with viscosities up to 20,000 cps, provided there is chemical compatibility with the pump materials. They are especially useful for pumping corrosive chemicals, alcohols, solutions, inks, dyes, paints, pigments, viscous adhesives, thickeners, and raw materials.

Note: This pump is not suitable for gasoline or other flammable liquids, and the motor is not explosion-proof. It should not be run dry.
