The Jabsco 30510-4101 is a high-performance pump designed for demanding applications. It features a 316 stainless steel construction, a Neoprene impeller, and a tungsten carbide mechanical seal, making it well-suited for handling corrosive or abrasive fluids.

This pump is equipped with a 3/4 horsepower motor that operates at 1750 RPM and is rated for 115 volts. The motor is TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) for enhanced durability. The pump and motor are close-coupled to ensure efficient operation. It has 3/4 inch NPT internal ports and offers a flow rate of 8 GPM (30 LPM). Its self-priming capability allows it to handle a vertical dry suction lift of up to 10 feet with the Neoprene impeller, and up to 22 feet when wetted.

The Neoprene impeller is ideal for water and general-purpose pumping, with temperature limits ranging from 45 degrees F to 180 degrees F (7 degrees C to 82 degrees C). The tungsten carbide seal ensures reliable performance when dealing with highly-corrosive or abrasive fluids.

Stainless steel flexible impeller pumps like this one are particularly effective for self-priming and can handle viscous or air-entrained liquids. They are also suitable for delicate liquids due to their gentle pumping action. These pumps can manage liquids with viscosities up to 20,000 cps, provided there is chemical compatibility with the pump materials. They are suitable for applications involving corrosive chemicals, alcohols, inks, dyes, paints, viscous adhesives, thickeners, and raw materials.

Note that this pump is not suitable for pumping gasoline or other flammable liquids, and the motor is not explosion-proof. Avoid running the pump dry to ensure longevity.
