The Jabsco 30510-4004 is a robust and versatile stainless steel close-coupled pump designed to deliver reliable performance in various applications. Featuring a durable 316 stainless steel construction, this pump is equipped with a Viton impeller and a carbon/ceramic mechanical seal to ensure long-lasting operation and resistance to wear. Coupled with a 3/4 horsepower motor, this unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by 115 volts, single-phase electricity. The motor is totally enclosed and fan-cooled (TEFC) to enhance its efficiency and safety.

The pump includes 3/4 inch NPT internal ports and is designed to handle a variety of liquids with ease. It offers a self-priming capability, a flow rate of 8 GPM (30 LPM), and is tolerant of debris. Its Viton impeller is suitable for handling hydrocarbons and solvents, with temperature limits ranging from 60°F to 180°F (15°C to 82°C). With a vertical dry suction lift of up to 6 feet and a wetted suction lift capability of up to 22 feet, this pump ensures effective performance in demanding conditions. However, to maintain self-priming functionality, ensure that suction lines are airtight.

Ideal for applications requiring self-priming and those involving viscous or air-entrained liquids, this stainless steel flexible impeller pump is particularly useful. It operates efficiently at lower speeds and handles delicate liquids gently. Capable of pumping liquids with viscosities up to 20,000 cps, the pump is suitable for a range of chemical and industrial applications, including corrosive chemicals, alcohols, inks, dyes, paints, and viscous adhesives. Note that it is not suitable for pumping gasoline or other flammable liquids and should not be operated dry.
