The Jabsco 30510-4003 is a robust and efficient flexible impeller pump designed for various industrial and commercial applications. Constructed from high-quality 316 stainless steel, this pump features a nitrile impeller and a carbon/ceramic mechanical seal, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding environments.

It includes a close-coupled 3/4 horsepower motor that operates at 1750 RPM and is rated for 115 volts, single phase, and TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) operation. The pump's ports are 3/4 inch NPT internal, making it versatile for different setups. With a self-priming capability, this pump handles flow rates of up to 8 GPM (30 LPM) and can manage debris effectively.

The nitrile impeller is particularly suited for oil-based products and supports a vertical dry suction lift of up to 10 feet, and up to 22 feet when wetted. It is essential to ensure airtight suction lines for proper self-priming. The impeller can operate within temperature ranges of 50 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit (10 to 82 degrees Celsius).

Ideal for applications requiring self-priming and the ability to handle viscous or air-entrained liquids, this pump is gentle on delicate liquids at lower speeds. It can pump any liquid with viscosity up to 20,000 cps, provided there is chemical compatibility with the pump materials. The pump is suitable for corrosive chemicals, alcohols, inks, dyes, paints, pigments, viscous adhesives, thickeners, and raw materials.

Note: The Jabsco 30510-4003 is not designed for flammable liquids such as gasoline and is not explosion-proof. Avoid running the pump dry to prevent damage.
