The Jabsco 30510-3104 is a high-performance flexible impeller pump end made from durable epoxy plastic. Designed to be used as a replacement part, this pump end does not include a motor. It features a Viton impeller and a Viton/Tungsten Carbide mechanical seal for reliable operation. The pump is equipped with 3/4 inch NPT external ports and is ideal for various applications requiring high efficiency and durability.

For optimal performance, pair this pump head with a NEMA 56 C-frame C-face motor rated at 3/4 HP and 1750 RPM, ensuring the motor can handle high axial loads and deliver a minimum of 1.5 ft-lbs torque in forward and 4.3 ft-lbs in reverse. The motor should be capable of handling the required service factor and should be a capacitor start type with ball bearings locked against axial movement.

This pump is self-priming and operates effectively at both low and high speeds. To achieve a vertical dry suction lift of 10 feet, a minimum speed of 860 RPM is necessary, while the pump can achieve suction lift up to 22 feet when wet. Ensure suction lines are airtight to prevent issues with self-priming. The pump relies on the liquid being pumped for lubrication, so it is crucial not to run the pump dry for more than 30 seconds to avoid impeller damage.

The operating temperature range for the pump, depending on the impeller compound, is between 60°F and 180°F (15°C to 82°C). The Viton/FKM impeller is suitable for hydrocarbons and most solvents, while the tungsten carbide seal is designed for use with highly-corrosive or abrasive fluids. Note that this motor is not explosion-proof, and the pump should not be used in environments with flammable vapors or when running dry.
