The Jabsco 30510-3003 is an advanced self-priming pump end designed for various applications requiring durable and reliable performance. This model is constructed from epoxy plastic and features a Nitrile impeller along with a Nitrile/Carbon/Ceramic mechanical seal. It is equipped with 3/4 Inch NPT external ports. Note that this is a replacement pump end only and does not include a motor.

For optimal operation, pair this pump head with a NEMA 56 C-frame C-face motor rated at 3/4 HP and 1750 RPM, with an appropriate service factor. The motor must handle high-axial loads, and it is recommended to use ball bearings locked against axial movement. Ensure that the motor delivers at least 1.5 ft-lbs of torque in forward direction and 4.3 ft-lbs in reverse. Only capacitor start motors are suitable for use with this pump.

This pump is capable of self-priming at both low and high speeds. To achieve a vertical dry suction lift of up to 10 feet (3 meters), a minimum speed of 860 RPM is required. When operating with a wet pump, it can achieve a suction lift of up to 22 feet (6.7 meters). Ensure suction lines are airtight for proper self-priming. The pump depends on the liquid for lubrication; running the pump dry for more than 30 seconds can damage the impeller.

The operating temperature range for this pump, with its nitrile impeller, is between 50°F and 180°F (10°C to 82°C). This impeller is particularly suitable for oil-based products. Note that this pump is not explosion-proof and should not be used in environments with flammable vapors. Avoid running the pump dry to prevent damage.
