Introducing the Jabsco 30510-2001, a robust and reliable replacement pump end constructed from 316 stainless steel. Designed for durability and efficiency, this pump end is perfect for applications requiring corrosion resistance and high performance.

The Jabsco 30510-2001 features a Neoprene impeller and a carbon/ceramic mechanical seal, ensuring efficient and reliable operation. It is equipped with 3/4 inch NPT internal ports and is designed to fit a 56C Frame NEMA C-Face motor. For optimal performance, the motor should be rated at 3/4 horsepower at 1750 RPM with a service factor of one, ball bearing equipped with the front bearing locked against axial movement, capacitor start, and foot mounted.

This self-priming pump delivers a flow rate of 8 GPM (30 LPM) and is debris-tolerant. It offers a vertical dry suction lift of up to 10 feet with the Neoprene impeller and up to 22 feet when wetted. Ensure that suction lines are airtight for proper self-priming. The Neoprene impeller is suitable for water and general-purpose pumping, with temperature limits ranging from 45°F to 180°F (7°C to 82°C).

Stainless steel flexible impeller pumps are particularly advantageous where self-priming is essential and are highly effective in pumping viscous or air-entrained liquids. At lower speeds, they handle delicate liquids well due to their gentle pumping action. These pumps can manage virtually any liquid with a viscosity up to 20,000 cps, provided there is chemical compatibility with the pump materials. They are ideal for pumping corrosive chemicals, alcohols, solutions, inks, dyes, paints, pigments, viscous adhesives, thickeners, and raw materials.

Please note: Do not pump gasoline or other flammable liquids. The motor is not explosion-proof and the pump should not be run dry.
