The Jabsco 30510-1111 Epoxy Pedestal Pump is designed for durability and efficiency in various demanding environments. This bare shafted pedestal pump end does not include a motor, allowing for flexibility in motor selection.

Constructed from epoxy plastic, this pump features a high-pressure Neoprene impeller and a tungsten carbide mechanical seal, making it suitable for handling challenging applications. The pump is equipped with 3/4 inch NPT external ports and is known for its self-priming capability, operating effectively at both low and high speeds. It can achieve a vertical dry suction lift of up to 10 feet with Neoprene or Nitrile impellers, and a suction lift of up to 22 feet when wet.

The operational temperature limits vary based on the impeller material. For Neoprene impellers, the temperature range is from 45°F to 180°F (7°C to 82°C). This epoxy plastic flexible impeller pump is ideal for self-priming needs and excels in pumping acids and alkalis. Its robust construction is well-suited for corrosive environments, such as those encountered in electroplating processes, and it is effective for handling chemicals like sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide, and aqua regia. Additionally, it is commonly used in the photographic industry for pumping development chemicals and can handle delicate liquids with viscosities up to 20,000 cps, provided there is chemical compatibility with the pump materials.

It is important to note that the unit relies on the liquid being pumped for lubrication. Therefore, the pump should not run dry for more than 30 seconds, as a lack of liquid can damage the impeller.
