Introducing the Jabsco 30510-0104, a high-quality pedestal pump designed for durability and efficiency. Constructed from 316 stainless steel, this pump features a Viton impeller and a Viton/Tungsten Carbide/Ceramic seal, ensuring reliable performance even in demanding conditions.
The Jabsco 30510-0104 is a bare shafted pedestal pump end, meaning it comes without a motor. It is equipped with 3/4 Inch NPT internal ports and is well-suited for handling hydrocarbons, solvents, and other challenging fluids. The Viton impeller is ideal for hydrocarbons, while the Tungsten Carbide seal excels in applications involving highly corrosive or abrasive substances.
This pump is self-priming, has a flow rate of 8 gallons per minute, and is tolerant of debris. For pedestal mount models operating at 1750 RPM, it is recommended to use a 3/4 HP motor for standard impellers or a 1-1/2 HP motor for high-pressure impellers, ensuring the motor has the appropriate service factor. For high-pressure impellers, the motor must provide a minimum torque of 3 ft-lbs for standard impellers or 6.9 ft-lbs for high-pressure impellers, applicable for both forward and reverse operation.
Note that the unit relies on the liquid being pumped for lubrication. Avoid running the pump dry for more than 30 seconds, as a lack of liquid will damage the impeller. Additionally, this pump is not suitable for pumping gasoline or other flammable liquids.
